Experimental Studies on th Efficiency of Gamimansam-Tang and Wanpe-Tang

Abstract
|
|
|
Experimental Studies were done to research the clinical effect of Gamimansam-Tang and Wanpe-Tang that were used to clinical medication on efficiency of pulmonary thromboembolism in mice, antipyretic action in rats by yeast method,
anti-inflammatory
in
rats, analgesic action and sedative action in mice.
@ES The results were obtained as follows:
@EN 1. Gamimansam-Tang and Wanpe-Tang revealed the inhibitory effects of lethality on the pulmonary thromboembolism induced by ADP and sodium arachidonate, but it had not a statistical significance.
2. Antipyretic effects in Gamimansam-Tang and Wanpe-Tang were supposed to decreased rectal temperature compared with control group but it had not a statistical significance.
3. In the research of anti-inflammatory effects by increasing ratio of hind paw swelling, all group were increased ratio of edema which had a statistical significance, but only the high dosage of Wanpe-Tang had not it. Therefore it had a
anti-inflammatory effects compared with different group.
4. As to the analgesic action, Gamimansam-Tang and Wanpe-Tang had not a statistical significance by method of acetic acid, but the high dosage of Wanpe-Tang had a statistical significance in case of Randall-Sellito method.
5. As to the sedative effect by method of the prolongation of the duration of pentobarbital anesthesia, the high dosage of Gamimansam-Tang had a statistical significance.
According to the above results, Gamimansam-Tang had not significantly effects in acute feveral disease, but some chronic, and in must be seriously study about symptom complex. Wanpe-Tang revealed the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects.
Therefore it
is possible to use the therapic medication of infectious disease. But it also must be seriously experimental study about diseases as pneumonia.
